SENIORS

The Senior section comprises of both ladies’ and mens' teams headed up by Club Captains. Each team is run by a captain or manager who, liaising with their Club Captain, coordinates their team each week, manages any disciplinary issues and ensures that subs are paid on time. The Club Captain and team captains make up the selection committee.

Practices are Monday to Thursday, at the Randburg Hockey Stadium on the astro turfs, and league matches are on a Sunday and sometimes on a Saturday afternoon.

Coaching

Our senior section comprises both ladies and mens teams competing from the Premier league to social leagues. Our stronger teams have dedicated coaches, while our social teams are normally coached by one or two field players. We pay particular attention to providing our school going hockey players with appropriate coaching, both on the weekend during competitive matches and during our practice sessions.
